This agreement applies to the service we, Klooker BV, supply you. By using our service, you agree to this agreement. Because our services can change quickly, this agreement can also change. The most recent agreement always applies.

Shift

With our service you can discover honest and sustainable products, read background information and enjoy introductory discounts. We reserve the right to remove media, you can not derive any rights from this. We can also terminate your membership if you act in violation of this agreement or applicable regulations.

Register

You can use our service by registering here  . You will then receive a personal membership from us, after you have opted for a monthly membership, a half-yearly membership or an annual membership.

In terms of content, these memberships are the same, you only get more discount if you enter into a membership with a longer frequency interval.

If you suspect that your membership has been infringed, please let us know via support@klooker.com .

Unsubscribe

You can always unsubscribe for our service. Send an e-mail to cancel@klooker.co.uk , and we will cancel your membership immediately.

Payment

Your subscription is renewed automatically every subscription period. You can indicate at any time that you want to cancel your subscription, after which it automatically expires.

Privacy

Liability

You use our service at your own risk. We are not liable for damage that you may suffer as a result of the use of our service.

Intellectual property rights

The content of our service is protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to publish, multiply or otherwise exploit parts of our service. The service is only for personal and non-commercial use in your own environment.

Complaints procedure and disputes

If you have a complaint, please let us know. Send your complaint to support@klooker.com  and we will respond quickly. European law applies to this agreement.
