North Star Roast
North Star Roast work together with coffee farmers, paying a fair price based on quality. They also work with internationally recognised organisations to ensure that everybody working along the coffee supply chain is doing so in accordance with International Labor Laws and environmental considerations.
Berry Bean
Berry Bean offer organic coffee without the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides. Berry Bean coffee is shade-grown, as opposed to sun-grown coffee which results from deforestation and requires treatment. Higher growing trees also provide perfect shelter for migrating birds and natural defense against erosion of fertile soil.
Cafeology
The Cafeology range includes a unique award-winning Bird Friendly coffee; sourced directly from producers in Guatemala, Nicaragua and Honduras and is one of the most environmentally friendly coffees in the world. This organic coffee is Fairtrade certified and has Smithsonian Migratory Bird Centers (US), Bird Friendly Habitat accreditation. Bird Friendly® is the only 100%-organic shade-grown coffee certification available.
Equal Exchange

Bird Friendly Certified coffees are grown on forest farms that protect the diverse tree canopy providing a haven to threatened migratory birds, insects and other wildlife. 6% of Bird & Wild’s sales is donated to the RSPB to help give nature a home.
